CURRENT VACANCIES

Private Client Lawyer

Are you a private client lawyer looking for a new challenge? Are you committed to great client service, getting to know your clients and looking after their needs with compassion and genuine interest with unrivalled skills and knowledge? Are you ready to stretch your abilities and take the next step in your career? If the answers to all of these questions are ‘yes’ we believe we could be a good fit together.

We are looking for a qualified, experienced private client lawyer, to work mainly out of our Lutterworth office. The role will involve taking over an existing caseload and further developing the already strong local connections within Lutterworth and the surrounding areas. This is a chance for the right candidate to take a step forward in their career as we are looking for someone who is not only fully competent technically and able to run a busy caseload but is also looking to build their reputation and reach. The candidate we are looking for will be keen to build new relationships within the local and business community. They will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the private client department in the Lutterworth office, be responsible for delivering against monthly, quarterly and annual targets and the strategic decisions of the department, all while being supported by the established Rollasons private client department and wider management team.

For the right candidate we will be offering a comprehensive salary package, private healthcare and death in service benefits. This is an experienced position so we would be looking for at least 7+ years PQE with suitable professional qualifications, either a Solicitor or Legal Executive.  Membership of STEP and/or Lifetime Lawyers would be an advantage.  Working in the Lutterworth office offers ease of access from the M1 and surrounding road network, but with the beauty of a town-centre position in the historic market town. We are looking for someone who is ready to develop their career within Rollasons and is ready to follow their career aspirations. If you are feeling held back in your current role and you are ready for a new challenge, give us a call.

We know working flexibly is something which is more and more attractive to candidates. There may be an element of being able to work remotely but this would be a position where the majority of the time there would need to be a presence in the office in view of the needs of clients being able to call in for appointments and other meetings. We are still a very face to face firm and our clients enjoy this aspect of our service.

If you would like to have a confidential chat about the role and prospects with the firm then please contact us and we can arrange to meet with you to have a discussion, or if you would prefer to send in your CV then please contact our Practice Manager, Sarah Faulkner, by email sfaulkner@rollasons.com and we will contact you.

To apply for one of our current vacancies, please email Sarah Faulkner at SFaulkner@rollasons.com with your CV and covering letter. If we don’t have anything suitable at present, we’ll hang onto your details and we will contact you as and when something becomes available in the future.
