Rollasons Solicitors LLP is a well-established legal firm, having opened in Daventry in 1994 and in Leamington Spa in 2009.  We have vast experience in dealing with family, probate and conveyancing matters and are proud to service both the local and wider community.  Our staff are approachable, friendly and easily accessible.

Jo Caddoo

Jo Caddoo – Partner

Jo qualified in 1997 and is a Chartered Legal Executive.  She has also been a fully accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly since 2012.  Jo heads the Private Client Department within the Firm.   Jo is also joint Managing Partner with Kam Vara and together they deal with the day to day running of the Firm.   In her spare time she enjoys gardening, crochet and cross stitch.

Kam joined Rollasons in 2014 and heads up our Property department. He specialises in advising our clients on all aspects of Commercial Property and Commercial Property Finance matters.  Kam is also joint Managing Partner with Jo Caddoo and together they deal with the day to day running of the Firm.

Peter Rollason

Peter Rollason – Partner

Peter went to Coventry University (formerly Lanchester Polytechnic) and Chester Law School; serving his articles in Leamington Spa. During his lengthy career he has worked in Leamington Spa, Banbury and Daventry and specialises in commercial and agricultural property combined with business sales and acquisitions.  In his spare time he enjoys Real Tennis, Walking and Skiing.

Lauren Quinn – Partner

Lauren is a Chartered Legal Executive and after working in the industry for over 20 years is highly experienced in dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, including new build and help to buy, right to buy, shared ownership and transfers of equity. This, coupled with being highly motivated and having a profound knowledge of the local property market, whilst delivering an excellent service to clients.

Stuart Love

Stuart Love – Partner

Stuart specialises in commercial litigation, acting for a wide range of clients from PLCs to owner run businesses. With nearly 20 years’ experience, Stuart advises clients on contract disputes, business ownership disputes/unfair prejudice claims, contentious insolvency, debt collection and professional negligence.

Recently as a result of Covid-19, Stuart has also been advising clients in relation to claims against insurers for failure to pay out claims in relation to Business Interruption Insurance.

Mark Bellamy

Mark Bellamy – Consultant

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1985 having graduated with a Law Degree in 1982 and undertaking the solicitors final exam.  He has worked primarily in residential work since qualifying.  He has worked at two firms since qualifying undertaking residential conveyancing work. Mark joined Rollasons as a Partner in 2009 and has now decided to become a Consultant from November 2022. Mark enjoys sailing in his spare time.

Sarah Faulkner

Practice Manager

Sarah joined Rollasons in July 2018.  Sarah’s background is in financial services and she has held a Financial Planning Certificate since 2000.  Sarah has held company directorships and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Practice. Sarah is also responsible for Staff Welfare.  In her spare time Sarah enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family and pugs Vader and Kylo.

Jayne Kilsby


Jayne joined Rollasons in 2022 and has over 25 years experience in residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity.  Having worked for local firms she has acquired significant knowledge of the local property market.

In her spare time Jayne enjoys running, yoga and spending time with friends and family.

Legal Cashier

Jane, is a fully qualified Legal Cashier and has been with the practice since 1998 when she joined the Practice as receptionist, a position she enjoyed for many years. As our Legal Cashier, Jane is no longer ‘front of house’ but she is happy that she still sees the clients quite regularly when helping out on reception.


Neil Cowley

Family Consultant

With specialisms in a range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, same sex marriage and civil partnerships, finances on divorce and separation, child matters, cohabitation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, domestic abuse and consent orders. Neil will also be looking to continue to grow our client base and extend the family services to meet client needs.

Matt Smith


Matt specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial, property and probate disputes. He acts for a wide range of clients from private individuals and SMEs to large corporate entities, including banks, hoteliers, entrepreneurs and property developers.
Matt adopts a commercial approach to resolving disputes and is a keen advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution, having successfully resolved many disputes by mediation. Matt carefully considers a client’s objectives at the outset and is focused on resolving a dispute at the earliest possible opportunity. Away from work, Matt spends his time with his wife and twin sons, and occasionally on the golf course.

Commercial Paralegal

Natalia comes from Poland and has lived in UK since 2004. Natalia joined the firm in 2022 as a paralegal in commercial department. Natalia works alongside the Solicitor in the department. Having gained valuable experience in the past 8 years, Natalia is keen to work towards becoming a solicitor. Natalia speaks fluent in English and Polish language. Out of work Natalia enjoys baking, gardening and spending time with her family.


Natalia przyjechala do Angli  w 2004 roku. W 2013 roku Natalia rozpoczela swoja kariere w miejscowej kancelari I przez 8 lat zdobyla wiele doswiadczenia. Natalia dołączyła do kancelarii w Rollasons w Lutym 2022 roku jako praktykant prawny w dziale handlowym. Natalia pracuje u boku Adwokata w dziale. Natalia jest chętna do pracy, i bedzie sie szkolic zeby zostac doradca prawnym. Natalia biegle posługuje się językiem angielskim i polskim. Poza pracą Natalia lubi piec, pracować w ogrodzie i spędzać czas z rodziną.

Maya joined the firm in 2022 after finishing her law degree at university and is now a paralegal at the firm. She’s hopes to eventually work towards doing her LPC. In her spare time she enjoys going on walks, second-hand shopping and, spending time with her family and friends.

Katy Howard

Legal Secretary

Katy joined Rollasons in March 2000.  She qualified as a Legal Secretary in 2008.  Katy assists with providing support within the Private Clients and Dispute Resolution Department.  Outside of work Katy enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and family.

Harriett Leonard

Harriett Leonard 

Property Assistant

Harriett joined the firm in 2021 as a Property Assistant in residential conveyancing. She first started conveyancing in 2019 and has since widely broadened her knowledge in sales, purchases, Transfer of Equity’s, and Re-mortgages. She assists fee earners from the start of transactions, all the way to post completion.  She looks forward to learning more and would like to qualify by way of CILEX in the future. Harriett enjoys drawing, painting, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

Georgie joined Rollasons in November 2019 as our Receptionist. Outside of work Georgie enjoys spending time with her family.

Debbie joined the firm in September 2019 as a secretary in the Private Client department.  Outside of work Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting and knitting.
